Solution:
ALIDC developed a custom production floor planning and QA system tailored to Soorty Textile’s operations. The system allowed planners to assign specific product templates to production units, lines, and quality checkers. Each product template included a detailed list of 50-60 potential defects, which the system automatically fetched and applied as SOPs. This checklist was then presented to quality checkers via a tablet app, ensuring they followed standardized quality protocols.
Results:
The integration with Soorty’s ERP streamlined their production workflow, allowing real-time updates to planning and QA processes. By automating defect tracking and standardizing checks, Soorty achieved significant improvements in quality consistency and production efficiency.
